Gateway customer service is pathetic

I can now see why Gateway market share has dried up. Total lack of customer service and support to fix what s/b a simple issue

Nice netbook in terms of size of keyboard and graphics. 6 cell battery is great

Absolutely the worst customer service. Netbook is being returned and I'll buy a Dell or HP. It would not connect via wireless. Gateway CS wanted it sent in for repair. 2 days out of the box? Not worth the risk of additional problems and not getting...

Excellent for the cost

Surfs the net well, handles most applications within Microsoft Office with almost no lag. Hard drive is large enough to use as a regular laptop

Touchpad is a little small, but is the best touchpad I have ever used (hate touchpads, but can use this one inm a pinch.)

Gateway LT Series LT2032u NightSky Black Intel Atom N270(1.60GHz) 10.1" 1GB Memory 250GB HDD Netbook

I did the run of updates that the machine needed and I guess one of the updates messed up the touchpad driver. It is an easy fix. Goto the main site, find the driver for your touchpad, download it then uninstall your current driver. Reboot the system...

So far everything is good. Surfs the internet well, plays youtube and other flash type sites well. Decently speedy for what it is

Gets a little warm when not on a flat surface but that is easily fixable. Comes with a little junk from gateway that you can trim off to help with speed
