Solid, speedy, with an enviable price

Elegant design ; Lightning-fast eight-core Ryzen processor ; Good battery life

Still a 16:9 screen ; Heavier than it looks ; Touchpad isn’t my favorite

HP’s Envy x360 15 with AMD Ryzen 5000 chips is, in typical HP fashion, solid and well built. Its touchpad could use some improvement, but this processor is hard to beat for the price.

HP's ENVY x360 15 can be considered within the budget or mid-range price range depending on configuration. However, it leans heavily toward high-end in terms of performance, battery life, and build quality.

Super performance from Ryzen 7 5700U ; Thin, light, high-end aluminum build ; Color-accurate FHD touch display ; Excellent keyboard and touchpad ; Outstanding battery life

Port selection could be better ; No 4K version for AMD-based system ; Top speaker grilles are for show ; Glossy display finish and 16:9 aspect ratio
