Camouflage

Thin bezels ; Great display ; Solid keyboard and touchpad ; Cooling and port selection

Tacky design is a genuine tragedy ; On the thicker side ; Worst webcam placement

Mid-range gaming at 144Hz

Nice looks ; Plenty of RGB lighting ; 144Hz screen refresh rate

Not a big upgrade over the previous model

The ROG Strix Scar II may not feature major changes over its predecessor, but the ones Asus has made are significant, and if the new laptop delivers a similar level of performance it could be a great buy.
