It cools and dehumidifies.

I've only used it for just over a month before it started leaking all over the floor. The water appears to bypass the reservoir and condense on the plastic casing and drop to the floor. Now whenever I turn it on I create a flood. What a piece of JUNK....

Manual says to slide drain pan accessory under unit, unplug unit, and let it drip into pan. Sounds great, where is this drain pan accessory? Not in the package, that's for sure ; The window kit was DOA. Looks like it's missing a nut or something, not...
