Works as expected

We are happy with the unit. Cheap and works. Called customer service, they were pleasant and they promptly sent replacement wheels. Hope it lasts.

Cools small room like it is supposed to

Loud. Broken wheels upon delivery. Small water reservior but has auto off when reservior is full

Worth the Money

This is a great option for slider windows when you can't use a normal window unit. Even though I wrote more in the Cons section, the Pros outweigh the Cons, in my opinion. Because of the small water tank, it's better to find a way to use the continuous...

Blows cold air. I set it up in my bedroom two hours ago. The temperature already feels like it has dropped 10 degrees. Window installation is easy. For the money, this is a good deal

There is a water tank that you have to empty regularly. The exhaust hose is fairly rigid, and makes it impossible to place it with the back up against the wall. You probably need a foot of clearance to allow for the exhaust hose ; Ok...for the buyer...
