Have a 2004 one in my new house cannot get it to work on heat and only small amount of air on cool

 

How do i operate the remote and is this unit worth spending money on to get it working? I have called my closest business to fix this unit but i dont have an operating manual and they are still able to get the parts for this system but i have noticed...

it looks good and is large

Wrong choice

 

I bought this after doing some research. It has the best specification comparing to other big brands like mitsubishi, daikin, and fujitsu. However it is noisy, doesn't coup up with cold temperature as the outdoor unit is busy defrosting itself for more...

Doesn't work well in slightly cold climate eg Christchurch.
