A little noisy

 

It was a little banged up in shipping. My daughter waited 2 months to tell me that so I didn't have much recourse to complain. "adjusting" the frame a bit for the shipping seems to have helped but make sure you check the unit right away running on high...

Works fine and cools well

It does get a bit noisy on high

First portable unit I've purchased. I love it. A lot less of a hassle than a window ac unit. The window attachment design could be improved to handle sliders better but honestly, it manages to cover 3/4 of the gap and doesn't seem to prevent the unit...

Portable! Easily moves from room to room. Simple to set up. No issues with having to deal with a drain pan. Cools my living and dining room areas well (25 ft X 14 feet)

Not meant for slider windows. The attachment is meant for casement windows but it does cover about 3 feet of gap on my slider window ; Loud on high setting but so what? All AC room units are loud on high setting. I want a comfortable room and this does...

Really only one con; I feel kind of cheated that it can be set to 62 or 63 degrees but it cannot achieve that coolness to save it's life (even at night when it's in the mid to high 70's outside). I've also noticed the thermometer which is always on,...
