Excellent cooling - Heating

Cannot fault it. Purchased from retravision worked perfectly straight out of the box. Noisy? yes a bit but what do you expect, the unit is within the room you are cooling or heating so naturally the compressor makes some noise unlike a split system or...

Price & Performance

Expect some noise but not enough so you cannot sleep.

Noisy and doesn't work

Absolute rubbish. Avoid these units. Bought from reseller. In new packaging, unpacked it, set up the rear ducting, turned it on. NO heating or cooling at all. Complete dud. All Air Con gas has leaked and it is still in the original packaging. Very poor...

The idea of no cost to fit a unit is good.

The fact it doesn't work you might consider bad
