airwell x21b model split cycle until doesnt cool or heat... basically an expensive fan. we are in a rental property and stuck with an air con that is useless. looks like there is no escape from the summer heat. would not trust any airwell product....

Never trust cheaper alternative systems - the business trying to sell rubbish products at only slightly cheaper price to well known brands are money hungry. Worst lemon i've ever had in my life.

The installation was horrible. Unit would not work on installation. Took a week to fix. The unit is on now and I can hear it from two rooms away rattling inside. The air flow direction no longer worksso I have to adjust it with my hands. I wish I had...

I am a property investor and have not had as many problems with other brands. Replaced internal unit on one in less than 2 years. This unit does not now cool after 3 years. The other unit still cools but the external unit is now slowly vibating itself...
