Great but Damanding

 

The venting hose that goes out the window has a minimum length of about 2 feet (61cm) so the unit ends up a bit in the middle of everything but that's not nearly as frustrating as the cons mentioned above.

Cools my 1,350 square foot office very well despite poor insulation. It has been around 90 degrees (32C) outside but this unit keeps the inside temperature down around 74 (23C)

Humidity evaporator is not a reason to purchase this product. I have to empty the humidity tank every 2-3 hours. The pipe for emptying the humidity tank is very close to the ground. With a carpet the pipe is actually on the carpet, so I have to lift...

This Product is really COOL!

 

I snagged this and another for my mother -inlaw when newegg had the 15% Promo so i got both for $322.00 each what a bargan! Thanks newegg got to my house the next day!

Is 12,000 BTU's and its pretty quite. I have this installed in our upstairs bedroom and it works wonders. I windows face the sun about 75% of the day so we had to purchase black out curtains but to no avail. We had a 9,000btu air conditioner that was...

Really heavy! Do NOT lift by your self. Packaging was iffy ; Remote has buttons that do not work with this unit ; like all air conditioners the compressor kicks on nd off when it reaches the set temp and tries to keep it their can get annoying
