This is the second order for this product as the first set didn't work - neither did the second! The black units are obviously a faulty batch as we have since bought a white set elsewhere and this works perfectly and is a great product.

Phones work very well and have a good range of ringtones for identifying incoming callers (from inbuilt phone book). Bases on 'satellite' handsets quite small and not very stable - easy to knock over.

I bought the triple set and everything arrived complete. Easy to set up and can have different colours and ring tones for different people which is nice. Can transfer telephone numbes between phones which is great. So far no problems at all.

My existing landline had come to it's natural end and I researched Amazon for a new phone. This one seemed to be good value for money and it was. Excellent.
