Duplex printing, quiet compared to other printers, you can see the ink in the cartridges, 2 paper loading trays, The screen and controls are easy and quick to get through. Very nice maintaince software for cleaning, aligning and adjusting color

The cover over the scanner is not as heavy as I would like it to be but an okay trade off for the other features. Some have said the print software was not that good. I use more than one programs to touch up photos and graphics so not an issue for me

I use the wireless connectivity and love it. I can sit anywhere in or out( as on my deck etc.) of the house and print whatever I need. It was an absolute breeze to set up, it was all automated. Biggest challenge was opening the box

Althought it's not a problem to me since I don't print in color that much I can see where it might get a bit costly, but not as bad as some. The text renderings are excellent, clear, and bettere than a lot of the printers I have

It's a space-saver, durable, and for a multifunctional printer of that size, it works really well
