Awkward touch pad, mediocre battery life

As one of the few Netbooks with a dual-core Atom processor and Nvidia Ion graphics, the 12.1-inch EeePC 1201N has superior performance compared with most Atom-based machines, but any higher-level ULV thin-and-light will still do better.

I wouldn't buy anything from ASUS again, poor... 

small, web cam is grainy only 2 mp, screen is glossy reflects lot of ambient light-go for IBM s12 instead

burns hand near cpu vent, finger print magnet, dead in 3 days sent back to Asus (I had to pay shipping for their defective product)-instead of replacing with a new product they are trying to fix it for 2 weeks now. service person doesn't know english

A few quibbles aside, this is the best netboo... 

Performance is satisfying. Nice sized screen and keyboard. Light enough to carry anywhere and still play with the heavy stuff

It's a finger-print magnet. Can get a tad bit hot. Wireless-N adapter only has one antenna which limits ability to pick up 5GHz networks. Touchpad is OK, but the touchpad buttons are clunky and loud (not unexpected)

the bottomline is definitely the price yes it... 

its very portable, does everything i need it to do can load simple games on facebook. it helps that it runs a duel core atom and a separate nvidia card. As its classified as a netbook it definitely runs like a laptop for me

the battery life is definitely an issue since most netbook these days can run upwards of 10 hrs. however its understandable since its a duel core processor
