I have several of these - one cooling my server appliance 24x7, one on my desk at work, and one on my nightstand.

Very quiet. Doesn't even bother me when I am sleeping (the 80mm version of this fan whines at max speed, while this 120mm version does not) ; The infinitely adjustable speed control is smooth and works well

Sleeve bearings - don't know how long these will last ; Wish it moved a little more air, but it's enough ; The USB power cord connects on top of the fan, and can be a bit inconvenient at times (it doesn't disconnect easily)
